Born and raised in Beijing, Chef Han developed his passion for cooking at age 13. Fast forward to San Francisco in 2008, and Chef Han, his wife, and 1 year old baby boy took the risk of following their dream to open Chinatown’s first Sichuan restaurant, Z&Y Restaurant.
